NexusRMM is a product of Jellystack Software Ltd. We build the tools a managed service provider needs to look after devices, support clients and get paid for the work.
Running an MSP means juggling a monitoring tool, a ticketing system, a contract template, a billing spreadsheet and a remote access tool, each with its own login and its own idea of who your clients are.
NexusRMM brings those together. The same platform that tells you a laptop is running out of disk space lets you open a terminal on it, raise a ticket against the right client, log your time, and bill for it at the end of the month.
It is built for Windows environments and for the way small and mid-sized MSPs actually work.

One platform, not five
The device, the ticket, the contract and the invoice should know about each other. When they do, nobody re-types anything and nothing gets forgotten.
Honest about what it does
We describe what the product does today, including where it stops. If a fix is unsafe to automate, we say so and do not offer the button.
Secure by default
A tool with the keys to your clients’ machines has to be hard to misuse. Two-step sign-in, encrypted device commands and an audit trail are part of the product, not extras.
Made for people who are busy
MSPs are short of time. We favour fewer clicks, clear screens and sensible defaults over configuration for its own sake.
