Terms of service

Last updated 3 November 2026

These terms govern your use of NexusRMM, provided by Jellystack Software Ltd. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of the company you represent.

1.The service

NexusRMM is a web platform and device agent for monitoring and managing devices and running a managed service business: helpdesk, contracts, billing and related tools. We may improve, change or retire features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you have paid for.

2.Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for what happens under your workspace, including the actions of the people you add. Tell us promptly if you think an account has been compromised. We strongly recommend enabling two-step sign-in.

3.Free trials

A trial lasts for the period and device limit stated when you sign up (currently 14 days and 25 devices). At the end of the trial, access may be paused until you move to a paid plan. We may change or withdraw trials at any time.

4.Fees and payment

Fees are per user, by role, as shown on our pricing page or agreed with you in writing. Prices exclude VAT unless stated. We will give you notice before we change prices, and a change will not apply to a period you have already paid for.

5.Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not install the agent on, or run commands against, devices you are not authorised to manage; attempt to access another customer’s workspace; probe, scan or test the service’s security without our written permission; interfere with its operation; upload unlawful content or malware; or use it to harm others.

We may suspend access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused or its security is at risk.

6.Your responsibilities for devices and data

You are responsible for having the right to manage the devices you enrol and the data you put into the service, and for telling the people affected, such as your clients and their staff, in line with the law. You are the controller of that data and we are your processor. Our privacy policy explains this.

You are responsible for the scripts and commands you run on devices. Take care: a script run across many devices can do harm at scale.

7.Our intellectual property

Jellystack Software Ltd owns NexusRMM, including its software, design and branding. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your business while your agreement is in force. You must not copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing product from it, except where the law allows. You keep all rights in your own data.

8.Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other’s confidential information confidential and use it only for the purposes of the agreement, unless the law requires disclosure.

9.Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available and to fix problems quickly, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and we will try to minimise disruption.

10.Warranties

We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Except as set out in these terms, and to the extent the law allows, we give no other warranties, including that the service will meet every requirement you have.

11.Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in that period.

12.Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your workspace. We may end or suspend your access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or for non-payment, after reasonable notice where practicable. On ending, your right to use the service stops, and we will delete your workspace data in line with our privacy policy.

13.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will give you reasonable notice of changes that matter, and if you continue to use the service after they take effect, you accept them.

14.General

These terms are the whole agreement between us about the service. If a part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. English law governs them, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
